Welcome to unbound. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. General

This website is operated by unbound women ltd, registered in the UK. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to unbound women ltd.

2. Products & Orders

Product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where there is an error in product or pricing information.

3. Payment

Payment must be made in full at checkout.

We accept all major debit/credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay .

4. Delivery

We deliver within the UK (including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands).

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk passes to you once goods are delivered, but ownership remains with us until full payment is received.

5. Returns & Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have 14 days from receiving goods to cancel their order.

Items must be returned unused, in original packaging.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Some products may be non-returnable (e.g. personalised goods, perishable items).

6. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure that details on this website are accurate, but occasional errors may occur. We are not responsible for typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or product availability.

7. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
