• Who are we?

  We design strength training equipment, made for women, by women. Our hero product is our dumbbells which range from 2.5 kg to 17.5 kg.

  Why are our dumbbells the best?

  They are easy to grip, durable and functional with a premium design. We took the classic dumbbell and made it smarter (and better looking). You’re welcome.

• Why are dumbbells so good to train with?

  From your bones to your balance, dumbbells do it all. The broad range of motion engages every muscle and puts less strain on your joints. You will build bone strength, balance and stability, all whilst burning more calories than training with machines.

  Where else can I buy unbound products?

  Currently we are just selling our products on www.unboundwomen.co.uk but we will let you know if that changes.

Payments

• What payment methods do you accept?

  We accept all major debit/credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  Is my payment secure?

  Yes. Our checkout is fully encrypted and processed by trusted providers — we never store your card details.

• Are prices inclusive of VAT?

  All prices shown include VAT. Payments are taken in GBP (£) at the time of order.

Shipping & delivery

• How much is shipping? 

  UK shipping cost £6.95, regardless of your order size or weight. We charge a flat postage & packing fee and cover the rest.

  Where do you ship to?

  We only ship within the UK (for now) - including Northern Ireland. We also ship to the Channels - Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey.

• How long will delivery take?

  Place your order before 1pm and you will receive it next day. 
Place after 1pm and you will receive the following day. This applies to UK mainland, Highlands and Channel Islands may take up to 2 days.

  How do I track my parcel?

  We will email you a tracking link and number once your unbound parcel has been sent.

• Can I change my order/delivery address after I have already ordered?

  We can’t change your order or address once your order has been dispatched. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, send a message to orders@unboundwomen.co.uk and hopefully we can change it in time.

  I have an issue with my order, what should I do?

  Message on live chat, email us at orders@unboundwomen.co.uk or use the Contact Us page and we will help you sort out your order.

Returns & refunds

• Can I return my order?

  Yes — you can return items within 30 days of delivery as long as they’re unused and in original condition and packaging.

  How do I start a return?

  Just email us at orders@unboundwomen.co.uk with your order number and we’ll send you instructions.

• Do you offer free returns?

  At the moment, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.

  When will I receive my refund?

  Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we’ve received and checked your return.
