
The power of a simple workout

Here at unbound HQ (our living rooms), we are very passionate about strength training, we could talk for hours about the long-term health benefits for women (see previous blog!). However, I also want to discuss another great thing about weight training… it doesn’t have to be complicated.
All you need to do is choose if you want to train your upper, lower, core or whole body. Whichever area you choose, there are a few key muscles that you need to work regularly to build strength. The great news is, we have partnered with Ria to put four workouts on our website that target all these areas. What can we say, we just want to make things easy for you!
Your sessions can be as short as 15 mins, 2-3 times per week and you will see genuine results.1 This is great news for busy women who may be juggling a demanding job, a family, a social life and a healthy relationship with the Traitors… (for example).
Of course, when you build more strength, or have a delightful 45 minutes to spare, extending your workout by repeating the series is a great way to switch off and take some time to focus on yourself.
