Look at these beautys... our 15kg unbound dumbbells….
Have you heard of progressive overload? We're here to debunk the myth that women can't lift heavy, so we can unlock the health benefits that men have been enjoying for decades!
Lifting heavy means different things for different women, but the point is that you need to keep increasing your weights to build muscle, bone density and fitness. To start, pick a weight that is challenging but not too heavy. You should be able to complete 8-12 reps of each exercise with good form. When your muscles get stronger and this feels easy, you increase the weight... simple!
Don't forget to check out the free workouts on our website. They are an easy way to repeat the same exercises and challenge yourself to increase weights as you get stronger. Follow us on Instagram @_unboundwomen_ to see more of the PTs we love showing you how it's done.
We're sure you'll be lifting our 15kgs very soon, and in the new year we are launching even more weight increments to help you get there.
Have a great week!
